Dear Friends

As I sit here reading my recent HCHH reports on the children I am filled with a huge sense of how you all have, and are, helping these very vulnerable children in our Cleft Healing Home. I wish I could reach out of my laptop and shake each of your hands right now!

It is children like Stephen, who is so fragile, that you are covering in such love! Just look at him ...can you see the difference I can??? His face and neck have filled a little don't you think? I am just so excited with Stephen's report today that I had to share it with you NOW!!

He is currently taking an average of 70-90ml per bottle - up from 30-50ml 2 weeks ago after discharge from hospital. He has also gained weight EACH time he was weighed this week! He is by no means out of the woods so PLEASE keep him and the HCHH China staff in your thoughts and prayer.

Hoping I can let my breath out soon.

Hello everyone!

Thank you SO much for your donations to our new Henan Cleft Healing Home - at last the doors are open!!

Our 1st baby Stephanie (named after our wonderful home manager) has arrived and is settling in :-) I see the nannies are trying out all the equipment hahaha!!! There even was a visit from a volunteer Director of PT who is VERY good with babies!!

Jie Jie Stephanie (in group photo with glasses) is very proud and happy to finally meet her namesake!

ooh... the new uniform shirts are green and yellow with LWB logo - don't they look lovely!

We expect 3 more very young babies soon.

It is only by the good grace and help from people like you that we can all work together to help these wonderful children, so once again thank YOU!

In hope & excited!!! (can't you guess)
